Booking Process

No. We handle all vehicle access. You don't need a Tesla account. Your vehicle will be delivered or staged for contactless pickup with everything you need.

It's one continuous flow: (1) Choose your Tesla on our site. (2) Tap Secure Your Tesla, and you'll be handed off to our secure booking partner with your vehicle selection carried over. (3) Select your dates, choose delivery or self-pickup, and review pricing. (4) Sign the rental agreement and complete driver verification. (5) Complete payment. (6) Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment clears, and you'll receive a confirmation email with next steps.

No. Tapping Secure Your Tesla starts the process, not a confirmed booking. Your booking is only confirmed once agreement, verification, and payment are all completed on the secure checkout page.

We recommend at least 24 hours for pickup, and at least 3 hours for delivery. Same-day requests may be unavailable depending on scheduling. Booking in advance gives verification time to complete before your start date.

Yes. Contact us before your scheduled return date and we'll check availability. Extensions are handled through our booking partner and invoiced separately.

Verification & Privacy

Driver verification protects both you and us. Every renter must be at least 25 years old with a valid U.S. driver's license. Verification happens securely inside our booking partner's checkout. Your documents are never uploaded to our website.

Verification is handled by our booking partner using encrypted identity verification tools. PVSLOG never stores, accesses, or retains copies of your license or selfie. The full handling of your documents is governed by our booking partner's privacy policy, which you can review during checkout.

You'll be notified by the booking platform with details. If you believe there was an error, contact us directly and we'll review your situation.

Payment & Cancellation

Payment is collected on our booking partner's secure checkout page once you've selected your dates, signed the rental agreement, and completed verification. Your booking is confirmed as soon as payment clears, and you'll receive an email receipt with your reservation details.

All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure booking partner's encrypted checkout.

All payments are processed by our booking partner on a PCI-compliant encrypted checkout page. PVSLOG does not store, access, or handle your card number or payment credentials.

Cancellation terms are presented during checkout and confirmed in your booking receipt. Reach out to us as early as possible if you need to cancel or change your reservation, and we'll do our best to accommodate the request within the terms of your booking.

Delivery & Pickup

Choose delivery during checkout and enter your address. We deliver across Northern Virginia, Washington DC, National Harbor MD, and Richmond VA. Delivery is priced per mile from our Stafford, VA base, with modifiers for distance, time window, and premium locations. The final delivery fee is calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery starts at a per-mile base rate from our Stafford, VA base. Final pricing is calculated at checkout and depends on distance, urgency (same-day / short-notice), time window (late-night / peak hours), and whether the destination is a premium location such as an airport or station. Self-pickup from Stafford is always free.

For confirmed bookings, your host shares the exact pickup location, parking instructions, and photos before your rental starts. You'll receive a notification when pickup details are ready.

Yes. Self-pickup from our Stafford, VA home base is always free. Aquia Harbour is also in our free zone.

Yes. Airport and hotel deliveries are available within our coverage area. Airports such as IAD, DCA, BWI, and RIC are all serviceable. Premium-location modifiers may apply.

Yes. Deliveries scheduled outside standard hours carry a late-night surcharge in addition to the standard delivery fee. Exact amounts are shown during checkout.

Vehicle & Rules

Yes. All drivers must be 25 years of age or older with a valid U.S. driver's license.

Each vehicle includes 200 miles per day. This covers most local and regional trips comfortably. Overage mileage is billed per the terms shown at checkout. Contact us before booking if you're planning high-mileage travel.

Please return the vehicle with at least 20% battery remaining. Failure to do so will result in a service fee plus any applicable Supercharging or energy costs incurred to restore the battery level.

No. Any evidence of smoking or vaping results in a cleaning fee as outlined in the rental agreement.

Pets require prior written approval. Unauthorized pets may result in cleaning charges.

The daily rate shown on our website is the base vehicle rate. Final pricing at checkout may include protection, taxes, platform fees, delivery, and a preparation fee. All charges are clearly disclosed on the secure checkout page before payment.

Protection Plans

Every rental requires either the Roamly Rental Shield or qualifying personal auto insurance. The Rental Shield is a $0-deductible plan covering physical damage to the vehicle. If you choose to use your own auto insurance, it must include active collision and liability coverage that extends to rental vehicles, and proof of coverage is verified during checkout.

The Roamly Rental Shield is a protection product, not an insurance policy. It covers physical damage to the vehicle, but does not provide third-party liability coverage. If you choose to rely on your own auto insurance instead, your policy must include both collision and liability coverage that applies to rental vehicles.

No. Damage caused by prohibited activities is excluded from all protection plans. This includes off-road driving, unauthorized drivers, driving under the influence, reckless or negligent operation, rideshare or commercial use, or any other violation of the rental agreement. In those cases, the renter remains fully responsible for any damage incurred.

The Roamly Rental Shield requires a 24-hour lead time and cannot be added to same-day bookings. For same-day rentals, you must provide your own full-coverage personal auto insurance, including both collision and liability coverage that applies to rental vehicles, verified at checkout.
